What are the current prices for your salon and spa services?

How early should I arrive for my spa service?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled treatments, so not to inconvenience other spa guests.

What should I bring to the Spa?
We will never compromise your modesty. You will be given a robe, wrap and slippers to change into before your services of 2 hours or more. Our spa therapist will only expose the portion of your body that is being treated at the time.

Do I need to tip the Spa Technicians/Therapist?
The tip is not included in your services, however the average tip is 15% to 20% of the service and will be distributed to the Spa Technicians/Therapists who served you during your visit by our front desk personnel.

What do I do if I need to cancel my appointment?
Because your appointments are reserved specifically for you, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a 50% charge for the service. All no-show appointments will be charged at full value or deducted from your gift certificate.

May I bring my child to the Spa?
As our spa is an adult oriented atmosphere, guests must be 14 years or older. Due to the nature of our services young children are never allowed in the Spa area.

May I use my cell phone while in the Spa?
So that an atmosphere of relaxation can be maintained and as a courtesy to other guests, we ask that all cell phones and pagers be turned off and not used while in the Spa. Any important messages can be left at the front desk and will be given to you during your break.

What should I do with my jewelry?
When you change into your wrap and robe you will be given a locker to secure all your belongings. That includes your clothing, jewelry, glasses, purse, etc. You can lock the locker and take the key with you for your journey.

Would you like to purchase a Gift Card?
After your Spa Experience you may think of someone who might like a Spa Experience. Whether for an anniversary, birthday or holiday gift, a congratulations or thank you gift, what better way to say you care then with a Gift Card at New Attitude Salon and Day Spa. May be purchased in person or by phone.

Should I tell tell my technician about any medications?
Please inform your technician of any medications that you may be taking for they may interfere with your service.

What if I need to re-schedule my appointment?
If you need to re-schedule please inform the salon ASAP in the event that another person may be interested in that time slot.

What are your policies?

  • $45.00 Service charge on any returned checks.
  • Last minute cancellations and no shows will be charged full price.
  • Return policies for products sold is 10 days, no exceptions.
  • All refunds are for Salon Credit only.
  • No children under age 12 are allowed in the spa area.
  • Late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments.
  • Gift Cards have an expiration date. Gift Cards should be treated as cash.
