Differences Between Massages

Our massage therapist will give you a consultation prior to your scheduled massage. This will help her decide which massage is best suited for you. Every person is an individual and is treated as such.

Therapeutic Massage
This massage is for persons with chronic problems such as hamstring or neck and shoulder and back problems. Recommended a massage every two weeks.

Swedish Massage
This relaxation massage is customized with Aveda’s essential oils. A classic form of massage designed to relax your body and reduce stress, and improve circulation and range of motion.

Deep Tissue
This massage helps to warm and relax the muscles with special manipulative techniques that reduce chances of tendon and muscle injuries.

Fusion Stone Massage
A massage using heated smooth river rocks placed strategically on and under the body key energy points to release tension and improve circulation. This massage is 90 minutes.

Express massage
This massge is best suited for persons who have a chronic situation problem with neck and shoulder stress or a problematic lower back. This massage is 30 minutes.

Differences Between Pedicures

Our Caribbean and Signature pedicures
Included in these one hour pedicures is an antibacterial soak, to prevent cross contamination. Cuticle removal, foot masque, cleansing and exfoliating for the feet and legs. Removal of calluses is done with coarse disposable files only. (no blades or razors are ever used) Nails are cut and filed. Followed by cleansing of the nail beds and an OPI color of your choice.

For the Caribbean Therapy Pedicure the process is the same however we use only the Caribbean therapy products for the entire pedicure. Cocoa butter, mango, orange and lime to soften the skin in our bath soak. Fresh oranges are used in the bath soak for added aromatherapy. This ultimate moisturizing pedicure will help relieve the driest feet.

Pedicure Refresher
This pedicure is an abbreviated version of our Signature pedicure. Does not include the legs or masque. We just address the foot. Exfoliate, callus removal, massage, cut and file nails and OPI color. 30 minutes
